This role manages and maintains accurate production and ERP data, oversees production order processing, generates operational reporting, and support continuous improvement through data-driven insights. The primary focus of this role is ensuring production orders are accurately closed on time each day, while maintaining timely and accurate reporting to support factory operations and decision-making. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate and up-to-date production, ERP, and factory system data to support daily operations. Manage and close production orders daily, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports across key metrics including waste, yield, labour productivity, and production performance. Monitor and communicate key operational KPIs including throughput, downtime, labour efficiency, and yield performance. Analyse production data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with Production, QA, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and effective issue resolution. Support ERP system integrity, compliance, and audit readiness through accurate record keeping and documentation. Provide ERP system support and training to users, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices. Assist with system and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capability. ABOUT YOU Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting. Highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems and technologies. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills. Exposure to ERP systems or a willingness to learn, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar platforms. Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
